The Day the Dinosaurs Come Back by Timothy Tocher

The day the dinosaurs come back,
there’s bound to be a big attack.
I bet they stomp upon the schools;
bedevil teachers; act like fools;
upset the slides; break all the swings,
the monkey bars, and climbing rings.
And when the grownups run and hide,
they’ll kneel and give us kids a ride.
